  I called the commercial dept. to get a part warranted and the employee answered the phone by burping into it loudly. Extremely rude. They were not helpful and even hanged up on me. Poor service

  i never had any problems going to other autozones but this one is bad,whoever runs this place needs to do a better job because even the managers have bad attitude,i always knew that the morning shift employees always have an attitude and arent happy to help but today i went at nighttime and told myself at least its not going to be the morning shift employees,but no these guys turned out even worse acting like im not talking to them even the other customers thought the way they acted was weird,anyways you should just go to a different autozone or theres an advance auto parts like 4 minutes from this location

  Absolutely the worse autozone I’ve been in by far !!! I went in and I waited for help for almost 10 min while a female worker was talking to her friend who isn’t a customer or a worker !!! And she sees me standing and waiting and her coworker had a customer with him and she’s just sat there and watch me wait then after her 10 min convo was done . She got up and ask me if I need help so I told her what I need and asked her to put it on my commercial account , so she said oh yea no you’ll have to wait for him , she didn’t even go pull the part off the shelf or even see if it’s even there !!!!! She just said you’ll have to wait for him and walked back and started talking again !!!!! I own a very successful car lot and If she was one of my workers !!! I wouldn’t even have her seen by customers !!!! And who ever trained her needs to be re-evaluated!!!!! Definitely ZEROOOOOO customer service skills and zero work ethic !!!!!

  Somebody need to give store associate Daren a raise!! This gentleman went above and beyond helping me in my time of urgent need! I really appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service! 🙏🏽

  I just want to acknowledge Micah for going above and beyond to help me figure out the cause of my check engine light coming on. She was incredibly patient and even assisted with hands-on tasks that I wouldn't have been able to do on my own. She was thorough, informative, and also provided valuable precautionary advice for future reference. Her customer service was exceptional. My check engine light is off, thanks to Micah. I truly appreciate you!
