  Alamo provided us with excellent Customer service, along with a Clean Mini van for our family trip. I definitely suggest that you look into getting your rental needs from them.😁

  I will never be using Alamo rental car services ever again!! I had reserved my car weeks ago for my trip across the state. When I booked the car the confirmation states that you have 24 hours if you run into any issues with the time you designated. When I found out my flight was delayed I made sure I called customer service and was ensured that my car would still be good to pick up. Unfortunately my flight was delayed and when we finally got in to get our car and Miles told us they had no more cars available even though we had our confirmation and confirmed earlier that day. After all of this with no results or help we called the corporate office and they said they would immediately try to resolve the issue and yet again all day we had no help, nobody called us back, or emailed us back. We were stranded and never responded to and nothing was resolved. Very frustrating and disappointing. Do not rent through here!

  Alamo has completely dropped the ball. Me and my parents reserved a car over a month ago. After a flight delay we called in the morning to confirm our reservation was still good. Was told over the phone our car would be held for 24hours so there would be no issues with being delayed. After arriving late at night we went to the service desk only for us and about half a dozen other groups to be told they had no cars for us leaving us stranded. Was told to email a manager to have them respond to us the next morning. After doing so and hearing nothing back we have now also called customer service twice. They have "escalated the matter to higher managers" but it has been a day and they still cannot find us a car and a manager still has not contacted us. Very disappointed. Rent somewhere else

  Amazing service from check-in and upon returning the vehicle! No complaints! I received an upgrade so I wouldn’t have to wait. The gentleman offered to get me a luggage cart for my luggage. I appreciated that! Thanks for amazing customer service!

  Lacked suppling the correct information online, overcharged me and forced me to use my credit card like my bank card wasn’t good enough…. I reserved online in advance and locked in the rate for “ Special Vehicle Determined Upon Pick-up, Compact Or Larger Or Similar” at $171.19 but ended up paying $213.94. They refused to take my debit card like it was useless and instead I had to go back to my car to get a credit card…??? Why??? What if I didn’t have a credit card? Then tried to tell me that I couldn’t get a crossover when it specifically says on the online reservation that I can…Never again will I use them!
