    Well called ahead made sure they had the part for my truck. They did so when I got there was a long line and it took about 3 to 5 min to get to the counter. I ask for the part I called about and they didnt have it ready, they had to go in the back but it took forever seemed like. So all in all it took about 30 min to get my part so while I waited I looked around the store. Overall I would say if your in a hurry you mite want to go to another advance cause they're slow

    Just wanted to say way to Go at Advance Auto in Greensboro the Bridford parkway location this morning . Was confused on what I needed to get for my radiator . It stop leaking. Diamond and Noah were a huge help and showed me a few different options on what works best.

    Came in store with pickup instructions for my order. Surprise, surprise...not in stock. Another store 20 minutes away has it. Ok, I see you have the alternate available. Proceeds to charge me $10 over internet price. Order on my phone expecting to pay and pickup as usual. Order is transferred to other store. I can physically see the part I ordered, but my internet order is at another location. No attempt to call other store to cancel and let me pick up here. Completely useless inventory management systematically customer service practices. I left and drove to the other store.

    Don’t tell someone you have the part in stock at your location then when you arrive you get told they don’t have it. The guy working up front was very unprofessional and rude.
