They had it and when I asked if they would install it, they said yes (there were only 2 bolts but I didn't have any tools with me and needed to use the mower immediately). Once there, I was told they didn't install mower batteries, but I could buy the tools to do it myself. No thanks...I went down the road to O'Riellys, who happily installed in in < 5 mins.

Price for $5 or four something and change! But instead of rung up for $27 making it almost $30 in total when the sticker price on it has what it says instead, He said to come back later, which I will and hopefully we will get the sticker price and I'll be a happy customer but at this point I am very very upset at wasting my time looking for great deals and only getting stomped on as a consumer.
