They were very helpful from the very first phone call I made. I was quoted quickly and my car was back on the road within a week. I was going to give my car up, but this company gave me hope! And they followed through with no problem! 10/10 recommend!

I can't believe how much better the car drives. I highly recommend the place. It is no frills and really busy. Lots of people clearly trust them to do their thing. Don't expect same day service.

I needed a transmission drain and fill and also wanted the external cartridge (2 inch can shaped) paper filter cahnged. Other shops wouldn't handle replacing thia filter. Cottman did a fine job. They also changed my Transfer case gear oil. They do most automotive work. Rob and Anthony are great to deal with. I would not hesitate to use their services.

I called them to fix their mistake and didn't make it 20 minutes down the road after they supposedly fixed it...and that shitty job took a month. I never could get anyone to return any of my calls. Very poor service and I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies. So my truck is on the side of the road and they made thousands off of trash parts. You would think after the first mistake they would at least give it a test drive to check their work. But no...everything was supposed to be perfect. They have a shop in Raleigh just as bad. If you need transmission work done this is not the place to go unless you like walking because you will be doing plenty
