- TCTino Caro6 days ago1.0The employee assisted me was with an additude the whole time. Unfortunately I don't have his name because he did not have it on his shirt like he is supposed to as part of Auto Zone's dress code. He Did not want to answer my questions. He even said he is not a mechanic; of course he is not he won't be working at AutoZone if he was one. Not only that but he sold me a returned, used item that I had to take back the next day to another store. It is a shame because he wears a gray shirt which means he is supposed to be a parts sales manager but has no idea about customer service. Auto Zone needs to remove him from management and send him to training before they put him back behind the counter.
