Made a reservation only to have them call me 2 minutes after said reservation was made to tell me there was no availability at all, never mind what their website told me. Called a separate office to make another reservation and was directed to this office again and was reassured by a real person on the phone that there was indeed availability for a rental. Standing in the parking lot on the phone with a representative from Enterprise who assured me that there was inventory I could reserve. Again, I was rebuffed by the person working at the desk and told I would not be helped. Overall I had a very frustrating experience and will not be calling this office or Enterprise in general moving forward. There seems to be a fundamental disconnect somewhere in how this place rents out cars and manages reservations that made my experience a very negative one.

I feel in love with the car that I rented which was a 2025 Kia with all the "toots and whistles " and was very clean. Thanks again Enterprise !! If I need a rental vehicle again I am definitely coming back !! ♥ ♥ ♥

If I had not been told she would match the price, I would have downgraded so that I would not have to pay $$ out of pocket. I have called the location twice with no resolution.
