I really appreciate that they will show you things like the air filters before just asking if you want it replaced. I feel like while they are trying to make money they also aren’t trying to steal a sale just because. Lanie (I believe I spelled it correctly) is one of the people who has been there the past 2 times I’ve went. She does a great job informing of thoughts related to the service and what’s going on during the service. Also, even when weather isn’t the most favorable she always seems to bring a good attitude to the transaction. Thanks for the great service, see you guys again in 5000 miles.
