We didnt notice it right away so when we left and came back, we found the grill at the car wash. We spoke to the Manager Meagan who was extremely defensive and unapologetic. She said she would submit a claim but because of the year of my car and them having a sign up saying this could happen, which we did not see, she said they would not be reliable for any damages that occur during the car wash. Needless to say we will never go back!! Poor management being a business owner I would at least felt bad and apologize not immediately get into defensive mode and not take accountability.

We have the safest and best car wash technology in the business. The "closed-foam" wraps used in our car washes are unable to hold onto dirt or sand as they clean, so they are unable to scratch your vehicle.
