- JHJ HowardOct 19, 20251.0Back in February I purchased tires through them granted I paid for 3 entry level tires for my 2018 honda accord. No one ever told me these tires would be trash! If they did I would have never purchased them. I drive highway often, they basically told me these were good for the “city” yesterday. So 8 months in, I woke up to 3 flat tires and no one could tell me why the tires deflated from my car sitting over night. I had my car taken in on Thursday to have them checked and Saturday they were all flat. I had one tire I did not purchase from them and guess what that was the only tire that did not go flat! The thread life of the tires are trash my thread life was at 4 and were at 9 in February how did they deteriorate so quickly? I only rode up to 15,000 miles on the tire where the tires had a warranty for 30/40,000 miles. Do NOT buy GREENMAX. To know I didn’t even reach the mileage of the tire warranty and they were all going flat, makes no sense. I do think the temp change played a factor but why did they all go flat from sitting. It was all 3 I purchased from this company and no one could say why. I got no where with this company but circles from the store to corporate. Kept transferring me to customer solutions for Nothing to be resolved! No one wanted take ownership of how bad quality of the tires were instead they offered me a discount off of 4 new tires of the same brand!!! Now what in their right mind would make them think I want to purchase more of the garbage tires! I think the hell not. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GREEN MAX ENTRY LEVEL FROM THEM. And the extra warranty I paid for was for road hazard nothing else. Oh and if u don’t spend top dollar with them they will def get annoyed with you cause you purchased the “less expensive”. I will NEVER Spend another dollar with this company! They lost my business as of yesterday, I was going there for quite a bit of work. I left and went right up the street to discount tires! price matched 4 new Michelin tires with a way better warranty and bought them from them! It was never about the money but GREENMAX do better with the quality of y’all tires!
