Jake tested my old battery and then sold me a new one after determining my old one was dead. While installing the new battery we found out that the positive terminal had been completely eaten away from corrosion. After buying a new terminal for a reasonable price we then discovered that the bolt holding the old terminal on was stuck so tight we didn’t think we could get it off. Seeing as how we were essentially stranded due to not being able to connect the new battery, Jake was determined to get us right. Jake went above and beyond expectations. We eventually got fixed up all thanks to Jake being able to finally break the nut loose. He provided not only the best customer service I’ve ever received at an auto store, but the best service I’ve ever had anywhere period. This is the only auto store I’ll ever go back to and I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know. Jake was an absolute life saver.
