    Kobe made my day! I was having a very bad day, tears as I was pulling up to the car wash! Kobe gave me a free wash and it put a smile on my face! I love this car wash, everything you need at your fingertips! The vacuums are the best.

    Cones in front of car wash entrance wasted gas coming to this place they are not open during their posted hours.

    I arrived just at closing, not knowing winter hours has just been implemented. Cole was headed out to put the cones in place to close off the entry but, recognizing my car, waived me in and got me taken care of. He took an extra couple of minutes to help out a regular customer and didn’t hesitate. Good man!

    I’ve had a membership to Zips since shortly after moving to SJAFB. I go multiple times a week and have had nothing but great experiences. Today Cole brought me a little gift (air freshener!) and I thought it was super kind. Thanks Cole!
