Then told her it needed brake pads and rotors. They also said she needed a battery but the battery was only 2 days old so no. When she got the car back, it smelled strongly of weed inside. Driving it, she noticed the brake pedal went almost to the floor with no resistance. We took the car back and they redid the brake bleed. She spent too much money and over 3 hours of her time. This was one of our worst experiences ever at an oil change facility.
