They never have rentals keep trying to give this location chance after chance even with a advance notice. They never have anything to rent. Always have to change my reservation to Greenville NC they seem to always take care of everyone. If your looking for good customer service and to be able to actually rent a vehicle go to anywhere but this location. Hertz is also able to help better.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I recently experienced at your Enterprise location. What should have been a simple, straightforward rental turned into an unnecessarily frustrating and time-wasting ordeal due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and an apparent disregard for the value of your customers’ time.
From the moment I entered the establishment, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. I was left waiting for over an hour without any meaningful updates or explanation. During this time, the sales associates seemed far more interested in chatting among themselves and assisting customers who arrived after me, rather than communicating with me—the customer who had already been waiting.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that the delay was caused by Enterprise not having the vehicle size that we had agreed upon prior to my arrival. This is information that could have and should have been communicated immediately. Instead, I was left in the dark until I finally intervened, only to be met with a series of excuses about vehicles needing oil changes or being due for maintenance. These issues do not arise suddenly; they were known or should have been known well before I arrived. If these factors were going to prevent the rental from happening as promised, I should have been informed an hour earlier, not after wasting a significant amount of my time.
As a paying customer, my time is valuable. I chose Enterprise over its many competitors because I expected reliability, efficiency, and professional service. Instead, I received the opposite. Had I been told upfront that the agreed-upon vehicle size would not be available, I could have made an informed decision about alternative options—whether that meant adjusting my reservation or taking my business elsewhere. Instead, I was left waiting, uninformed, and ultimately dismissed until I demanded answers.
Customer service is more than completing a transaction; it is about communication, respect, and valuing the customer’s experience. On this visit, Enterprise failed on all counts. I expect better from a company with your reputation, and I hope you take this complaint seriously and address the systemic communication issues that led to this entirely preventable situation.
Lastly, I want to emphasize that I sincerely doubt the Taylor family—founders and owners of Enterprise Holdings—built this company on the type of behavior, disregard, and lack of accountability I experienced. Their legacy is rooted in customer care and service, and what occurred during my visit stands in complete contradiction to those values.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to a response and reassurance that corrective steps will be taken so that no other customer is subjected to this kind of treatment.
