- AAAhmed AlqaifiDec 30, 20251.0The worst customer service I ever seen in my life the workers they not doing their job right plus they're asking for too much questions I always rent from the same company Enterprise they never asked me for my proof of insurance and the coverage I tried to give them the policy number for GEICO and they say it doesn't work I have to show them all the coverage that my insurance covered I told them how come the other locations of Enterprise and I show them my last transaction I rent from the same company they said because it's a different state I've been rented from enterprise from multiple states and they never ask for all that questions and they're ready to see my address on my driver license and they want a address where I'm staying in North Carolina I didn't even rent a hotel yet🤦🏻♂️

Asked if there were any cars available nearby. Lady at the counter said no, Smithfield and Wilson didn't have any cars available. I showed her cars were available on there app at this location and she said the app wasn't accurate. We argued back and forth and she continued to say nothing was available. She said she looked at the Raleigh location and they didn't have any so no one is going to have a car available. I found it hard to believe that no cars are available for a week in the entire state of North Carolina. Customer service at this establishment is clearly not a priority. Went to the Smithfield location at 1710, and got a car. They had two available.
