I've not only been robbed of over 6 months worth of rental points, but have been gravely disrespected for a customer of my caliber. I was not granted a rental stating the additional insurance coverage I purchased, from the same travel insurance provider used several times with you in previous rentals made through Expedia, would not be accepted, although it provided up to $75,000.00 worth of protection for your compact vehicle (Nissan Versa), also in addition to liability insurance I already have. What a sorry display of whatever the opposite of quality client support is. And yes, I have paid for rentals from these people for the past 12 months straight grossing them well over $12,000 Anthony Williams
