    I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for several years and have consistently received satisfactory service. However, during my last two visits, I observed a discrepancy in the level of assistance provided. While the associate Adriana demonstrated exceptional customer service, offering a warm greeting and diligently assisting customers, her colleague, Gary or Jerry, appeared to be less engaged. On both occasions, he remained in the back, and when Adriana requested his assistance, he offered a brief response but did not provide any support. Specifically, I required a battery replacement for a key fob. Instead of offering assistance, he directed me to a locksmith, despite the fact that I previously had the battery replaced at this location in under three minutes. Furthermore, he did not offer the available loaner tool. Adriana was actively assisting multiple customers, including in the rain, while he remained disengaged. Consequently, I obtained the necessary battery elsewhere in a timely manner. I believe this situation warrants attention, and I recommend monitoring this associate's performance or considering alternative solutions to ensure consistent and efficient customer service. also the photo below shows just 1 of the few trips in the rain she made helping each customer while he didn't smh
