He even double-checked details I didn’t know off the top of my head, like my battery type and engine specs, to make sure he got an accurate diagnosis. Thanks to his careful work, he found that my battery was actually bad — and he also discovered that it was still under warranty. He handled the replacement quickly, politely, and professionally. Everett turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a really positive experience. Thank you so much, Everett! You really went above and beyond.
