My sales person , Helen was phenomenal. She made the whole process sample. She was very courteous, knowledgeable. And assured I was comfortable with every decision I was making. Along with the finance department, they all ensure that my vehicle is ready upon arrival and made signing paperwork simple. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I am loving my new Toyota Corolla. Toyota Of Gastonia rocks!!!

Partially my fault because I had to fly in to pick up the truck so never got the chance to look before buying. However, I was assured the truck had a full and thorough inspection upon trade in (it’s a 2020 Tacoma) To my surprise the radio didn’t work because the amp was taken out of the truck and there was an insane rattle coming from under the truck. Highly disappointed that neither problem were disclosed to me. 31,700k to not be excited

Twice now they haven't changed the filter on my Tacoma during an oil change. I brought it up to them the first time and they assured me that it had been regardless of the fact that I had mud still on the filter from going off-road after the oil change, indicating that it was still the same filter. This was verified while the truck was still in the parking lot. Upon asking, they flatly refused to take 5 seconds and slide under the truck to verify what I was telling them. I filled out the customer survey afterwards with a very poor review and no response. I'd recommend staying away, they don't do work they say they do, and then when you address it they deny it. I will not take my vehicle there again.

I called 4 different dealers in my area and when I called Toyata of Gastonia and spoke with Devon in new car sales, I easily had the easiest experience in buying my car. Devon offered me a competitive price for my car and gave me the best deal and they were able to find me the exact color and interior I wanted! He provided me constant updates (this helped as I do live an hour away from Gastonia). When I got to the dealership I felt very welcome. They had the car right out front for me. Signing papers was smooth and easy. Devon showed us all the features of my Corolla and made sure I had all my questions answered. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything additional. Overall as a first time car buyer Toyata of Gastonia and especially Devon were awesome to work with and I will be reccomending my friends and family to shop here if they are in the market.

I took my vehicle in for a simple tire repair and it took them 2 hours. At hour 1, I inquired as to why it was taking so long. The service advisor told me they patched tires rather than plug them. He was blowing smoke. I used to work at a tire shop and we patched tires and it should take about 20 to 30 minutes. The reason it took so long was they were doing their complimentary multipoint inspection, taking photos of items they suggested I replace, and trying to run up a $0 warranty service to over $200. When they finally called my name, I went to get my keys from the service advisor they tried to charge me for a warranty service. At this point, I was extremely agitated looked at him and said no. He looked at me funny and I told him I had just purchased the tires there and also purchased their tire warranty with them. He snapped back and said he didn't check me in and didn't have time to look since it was near the end of the day, for me just to leave and he would take care of the paperwork. I insisted he looked at my account and confirm the warranty was in fact there and confirm what I was told that it was good at any Toyota dealer. Begrudgingly, he did confirm my warranty. If the items they were trying to get me to purchase while I was there or actually needed, I do not understand why that wasn't suggested when I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and an actual service of my vehicle which included their complimentary multipoint inspection. I suppose me spending nearly $1,000 at the previous service was enough to satisfy them and they weren't digging for additional add-ons.
