  I personally don't like the location there on the corner is a little difficult to get in to from Franklin but the folks there are wonderful. The service still is unmatched by any other glass repair company. My car thanks ya'll for fixing her vision.

  Zero stars!! Had back slider replaced in my truck and discovered it was leaking, took it back to have repaired only for it to still leak. The last time fried my rfh module behind seat. Finally after the last time it was replaced and no leaks. They refuse to pay my $700 bill to have rfh replaced. Guess I'll have to get attorney involved!!

  Great experience all around from ease of scheduling my windshield replacement to Travis the tech calling to let me know he was on the way. Very professional and quick service. Highly recommend

  Professional technician, arrived as scheduled, positive customer interface, excellent workmanship, left everything cleaner than is was, and was able to transfer the express lane transponder sticker which saved me an hour plus trip to replace it. Overall a great experience.

  Many times it’s very difficult to believe the tv advertisements, and for good reason. But when we discovered about a ten-inch crack in my wife’s suv, I knew it had to be fixed asap. I had no idea who to call, but then I remembered the long-running Safelite commercials I saw advertised for years ! Needless to say, I was skeptical, but to my surprise and shock, everything they advertised, they did ! The price was excellent, they were on time, courteous, and since I couldn’t be there, the technician explained everything to my wife before he even started to work on the windshield, and even waited while she called me and passed along his information. We are very pleased with Safelite, and couldn’t/wouldn’t even think about another auto glass repair/replacement company if this type of issue ever arises again !!
