  Excellent service and friendly technicians! If you have a Mazda, this is a great option for service and inspections. I brought my car in for both an oil change and an inspection and was out in about an hour. Much faster than other places I've been.

  I went to Mazda of Gastonia on 2/2025. I got a 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan. I had the SUV for 2 weeks then the oil light. I took it to get a oil change and the oil light came back on. So I took it back to Mazda and they said I was down 2 quarts of oil. How I just got an oil change. So I took the SUV to Volkswagen for them to look at it. They said I would have to pay $461.00 to find out where the oil is going. I took it back to Mazda and told them that it was something wrong with the SUV. They gave me a rental. They had my SUV for a week. They told me to drive it because they were doing a test on the SUV. The oil light came back on 3 to 4 days later. I told them that I have not made may first payment yet and I wanted to change the SUV out for something else. That never happened and now I'm stuck with an SUV that I have to put oil in every 3 to 4 days. DON'T GO TO MAZDA OF GASTONIA.
