  Came in today because my car was showing I had low air in one of my tires. They were able to help me out and checking it. Don’t have to wait too long and they were very helpful. Definitely will come back if I ever have an issue again.

  Mavis is the best! We hit a curb and damaged the cap, so we wanted to have the tires checked to make sure everything was still okay. We walked in, and they got us in quickly, checked all four tires, and even helped remove the caps for us. The staff there are incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. When I need a new set of tires, I definitely know the place to go!

  We called in to ash if they could check my brake fluid they got in me got me done in a hour and some change gave me cost up front and got it done friendly service as well highly recommend Chris / Hakeem the lady at the front desk was wonderful as well

  Staff was very professional and courteous, I had the pleasure of working with Steven who kept me updated the entire step of the way. Not once did I ever feel out of the loop. I was in and out within 15 mins. Mavis Tire has certainly gained a new customer for life. 5+ stars if it were an option.

  It took these guys 3 different appointments to replace 1 tire. The 1st one the tire arrived 20 minutes late and I was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it that day. No big deal so 2nd day they start working on my tire only to realize they ordered the wrong tire. So they have to order it again and I’m sent home for the 2nd time with no tire. I’m frustrated at this point but still understand mistakes happen. They finally get it right the third time and this is where I don’t understand. I was charged full price with not even a small discount after they cost me over an hour of my time and with today’s gas prices well over $20 of gas. This is not how you do business and I will never take any of my cars to mavis tire again. The fact that they can’t recognize their mistake and have a little bit of decency is all you need to know.
