  Quite possibly the most unorganized establishment I have ever been in. I made the appointment a day prior for 11 o’clock, showed up 30 minutes early for them to tell me I didn’t have an appointment and they couldn’t get me in until one. OK fair enough mistakes happen. So when I don’t hear anything by 2:15, I call, they still have not pulled my car in to Find out what the actual problem will be or give me a quote. So I I drive my wife’s car back up there to actually get an answer to when I’ll get my car back and what actually is wrong with it. The African-American employee at the front desk is the most helpful person in the establishment, she goes and get someone by the name of Howard, who tells her in front of me that he’s contacted the person of the Nissan (me) to give them the quote. Well, I am that person, and no, he has not contacted me, now he finally gives me the quote and starts working on the vehicle. The vehicle is finally done at 6:30, and they can’t remember what quote they actually gave me, so not only did they not Take down my appointment. They don’t know how much they told me they would charge for said work. I wish I could’ve had her name, but once again the African-American employee Working the front desk is the only saving grace of that establishment, and she deserves a raise having to deal with every other unorganized individual in that place. So if you want to take your car to a break and tire place for the brake and tires to take eight hours, when you had an appointment. Then this is your shop, if you don’t have time and want to deal with people who can simply write down estimates and appointments. I would look at somewhere else.

  I schedule an appointment for an alignment because my car was pulling to the right. When I got there the staff was very friendly. Paul pulled my car up to the bay and checked the air pressure. I told him it was pulling to the right. When he check the air in my right front tire it was very low. Paul checked and topped the other tires off that needed air.Paul told me to take it around the block to see if the car was still pulling to the right. I drove the car and I let Paul know that it was not pulling any longer. I would just like to Thank Paul and the staff for being honest and not charging me for an Alignment when I didn't need one! Thanks again Paul!!

  I had a terrible experience at Mavis Tire and Brake Shop. I scheduled a brake and rotor change at 8am (as soon as they open). When I arrived, I was the first customer. My vehicle was not complete until they closed at 5pm. The excuse was “we had a lot of walk-in’s and they were short staffed. The last time I checked appointments take priority over walk-in and especially if you were the first customer there…This is terrible customer service—completely unreliable, and I will not be coming back!
