  We had car trouble a few days before our planned vacation and enterprise saved us! Everyone was helpful and patient, from the initial call, to pickup and drop-off. No hidden fees. We used thr Gastonia location. Shae was excellent during pickup, giving us options and making sure we had the vehicle we needed for our trip. Carley was exceptional during drop-off, even finding my son's shoes he forgot from under the seat! Thank you!

  The customer service rep was very thorough and showed me the ways to operate the auto and it's accessories. The auto was comfortable and clean. When I returned the auto Keionna was very friendly and checked the auto out in a timely fashion and asked if I needed a ride (which I didn't) and I thought that was very nice and accommodating. I would also like to recommend Coleman's Body Shop in Dallas, NC for the friendly staff (Jeff) and coordinating with Enterprise in getting me a rental along with State Farm Insurance. Coleman's did an awesome job repairing my Buick and had it spotless when I picked it up (no Pollen)! Thank you to Coleman's, Enterprise and State Farm for helping me get through this hit and run incident. Also, thanks to the two witnesses, Erin Hughes and Chanta Short for informing me our car had been hit and giving their statement to the police, Thank you Ivey for contacting the manager of Burge King, Lincolnton and retrieving the videos for Office K. Williams who located the people that hit my car, cited them and called to let me know he found them and I could get the police report to turn in on their insurance.

  This enterprise has always given us issues that no other location has. They also tell you, no matter how far in advance you reserve, that the type of vehicle you requested is not guaranteed and you’ll probably get a sedan. They call and tell you what you need to bring (drivers license, proof of insurance, credit/debt) but then once there they try to say you need all types of different forms. Even when your card and everything matches the address on your license. They are unprofessional and I have never had the type of unnecessary issues anywhere else. I think the main problem is Kevin thinks he knows more than he does :)

  Kayle was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She made sure I was placed in the exact rental I reserved and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. She even offered to help wash the car so it could be ready earlier than expected that level of dedication is rare to find. Enterprise is truly lucky to have someone like Kayle on their team. Her professionalism, work ethic, and positive attitude really stood out. Shoot for the stars, Kayle I can definitely see you stepping into a management role in the future!

  Reserving the car was understandable true the website and simple , great customer service, excellent Manager in Gastonia location, in very little time a was ready to go, Thank you very much It is a great benefit to be able to Rent a Car.
