Instead, I was met with exceptional respect and genuine customer care. To my surprise, the team even recommended and completed a tire rotation—well past 8pm—demonstrating their commitment to quality service. My sincere thanks to Charles and Luke for their outstanding customer interactions, and to Nathan and Christy for their professionalism and excellent workmanship.

It was a whole entire or deal over a lady’s inspection then they come to me with the SAME EXACT ISSUE literally 3 mins later! I stated I was going to call corporate & he smarts off & says “tell that lady corporates number is at the bottom of her receipt but it will just come back to me & im not fixing the issue” OH OKAY 👍🏼 COOL! I in facted call corporate on him for his nasty little comments he made & the way I was treated! He definitely doesn’t need to be a manger or deal with the public for that matter!!!! Just know if ANYBODY goes to this place CHECK YOUR WIPERS first because they are scamming people to buy wipers from them! I watched it happen to the lady in front of me & then myself! Had I not had stuff to do & wasn’t so upset I would have stayed to see the same issue unfold with the next guy! DO BETTER LARRY!!!!
