  Many times it’s very difficult to believe the tv advertisements, and for good reason. But when we discovered about a ten-inch crack in my wife’s suv, I knew it had to be fixed asap. I had no idea who to call, but then I remembered the long-running Safelite commercials I saw advertised for years ! Needless to say, I was skeptical, but to my surprise and shock, everything they advertised, they did ! The price was excellent, they were on time, courteous, and since I couldn’t be there, the technician explained everything to my wife before he even started to work on the windshield, and even waited while she called me and passed along his information. We are very pleased with Safelite, and couldn’t/wouldn’t even think about another auto glass repair/replacement company if this type of issue ever arises again !!

  From beginning to the end of was an excellent experience. Everyone was a pleasure to speak with. I even ran into an old coworker of mine Coleman. That along was awesome!! But I had 2 windshields replaced and they were installed within 2 hours and all is well.

  From beginning to end my experience at the Gastonia NC shop was par excellence. Everyone was professional, friendly & informative. I highly recommend Safelite for your windshield repair or replacement. Big shout out to Rick & his team for a fast & easy windshield replacement.

  Had Safelite come to my home to repair a chip in windshield. Extremely satisfied with the tech and the quality of the repair. When I signed up for the service I was given a 4 hr window (8-12) for the tech to show up. I would have liked to have gotten a call or text the day of narrowing the window. Sat in my house for nearly 4 hrs, as he didn’t show up until after 11:30. That’s my only issue. Would still recommend them without hesitation

  I can hear rattling coming from my rear windshield now that Safelite replaced it and my paint is scratched up from where they removed the broken glass, they also left shards of glass on my car. I can see chunks of glue where it should not be visible and anytime I try to call to speak with someone I am sent to a recording that tells me to go online and abruptly ends the call. (Please excuse the salt on my car as the glass broke after our snow storm and I could not wash my car after a new glass install) Edit: I was finally able to speak with someone to schedule a warranty appointment and will update my review after the appointment. At the warranty appointment they removed the remaining broken glass form the inside and outside of my vehicle as well as any broken glass that had fallen inside the frame of my trunk door which is what was causing the rattling. They cleaned up the visible glue and smoothed over most of the scratches. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment at one of their locations rather than having them come to you if that is possible. I had a completely different experience once I visited a Safelite location in person.
