- CMCathy Moore3 days ago5.0When I arrived my tire was completely flat & would not hold any air. As soon as the air was inserted, it came back out! The service person worked hard trying to get the tire fixed but it was recommended that I needed a new tire. Luckily there was a spare in the trunk. The manager ordered the new tire to match what was already on the vehicle. The spare was put on & away I went knowing the new tire would arrive in store the next day. I’m so happy they were there to service my vehicle as it was already after 5pm or I would’ve ended up buying a replacement rim as well. The service manager explained all that would be included in purchasing the tire, balancing, alignment & of course I purchased the warranty. Thanks so much Mr. Tire & the hard working staff that rescued me from my dilemma! Next day once the new tire arrived in store I was called to come & get it installed. Everything went smoothly & I am completely satisfied with the service I received.

I then took it to the Toyota dealership where they said much more was the issue. They replaced both upper and lower control arms, all ball joints, tire rod ends, new shocks and alignment for $5000 if that tells you anything about this place and their pricing.

I checked my dip stick and there is no oil in my engine. I'm so pissed because I was suppose to be picking up my daughter( who is in the army) up tomorrow for her holiday leave. I was so happy with the price but it cost me my only means of transportation. I will never go here ever again. ****Update!!!! I called them first thing in the morning, and spoke with the assistant manager George. George was just as concerned as I was. He got together with his manger Dan and arranged for my car to be brought in. We found it was a bad gasket. And they immediately corrected the issue. I felt they understood my frustration and where just as concerned as I was. I've changed my mind😅 i will continue to go to them for all my car needs
