I hope she has more to do with her time, she was going to charge me 175 IF I didn't vacuum. I know all of the hair wasn't out, but mostly see pics. Not to mention after you turn in the car. It's in a literally line to be detailed. Vanessa be nicer, also heard you reprimanding employee. Bad look! The guy who helped us out next was great

I even had an issue during the snowstorm and had to change vehicles due to a flat tire. Alicia took care of me. The whole team was helpful. I will recommend enterprise to everyone I know.

But let me take a moment to say that Karly from the Gastonia location is absolutely amazing. Due to the snow we were unable to get the car back on the designated date. Karly really worked with us and gave us grace due to the late return. She was professional and understanding and just an absolute gem. I hope this location knows what an amazing employee they have. In such a front facing position she truly makes this branch look good. Thank you Karly, I have encountered so many customer service people who have such nasty attitudes but you restore my faith.
