I took a pic to make sure I didn't get charged because I knew there was a possibility this would happen. The next business day I received a phone call mentioning being charged for not putting the car back on a full tank, which I put more back in than was originally given. Renters please make sure to take pictures of everything before you leave that lot. Spear tires, jacks, marks, dents, etc.

After booking a month in advance, my reservation was cancelled today by this location, less than 24 hours before my trip. I booked a premium elite rental online one month ago. Someone by the name of Jonathan called four days prior to the reservation and left a voicemail reminding me of my reservation (including the reservation type), and to bring a license, proof of insurance and credit card. I called the day before my reservation to confirm the time and anticipated deposit amount. At that time, I was told that they do not offer premium elite rentals and would not be able to fulfill my reservation. They instead suggested I rebook another vehicle type, at a much higher rate. Although they said they spoke with a manager, no manager bothered to call with an apology or comparable alternative. They simply cancelled my reservation and said they could not help. I routinely rent from Enterprise and have never experienced this. Had I not called, my family would have shown up for our trip with no viable rental option. The airport location has plentiful options, friendly, helpful staff, and better organized process for their rentals. I’ll continue to go there versus these smaller locations.
