  The female employee deserves 10 starts. However, everyone else, especially the lead guy deserves 1 star. He literally fussed at her bc she was being courteous about offering me, the customer, a small discount/coupon. She advised me of additional services needed that I agree to doing and is clearly aware of the financial hardships the nation is facing. She also appeared new considering I’ve never seen her there before. She also took the time to update my information in your system after noticing the previous owner’s information hadnt been updated to my information. Additionally, the “crew” took a long amount of time and they had to look and search for the same lead guy due to him vanishing from the floor & was needed to do a final check on my vehicle. I thanked the pleasant young lady & hate she may have gotten in trouble after I left.FYI- I am always offered a discount by the your staff, however it seems she was punished and I find that disheartening & unusual. Received an oil change & filter change, 35 minutes.

  I was amazed at how professional, polite, and helpful every employee at this location was during my visit for a routine oil change. Better than any experience I have had anywhere else. This specific location is managed excellently, and you can tell that the leadership is superb and the example set for staff performance and for service quality are very high bars. I should have gotten everyone's name, but I believe Logan was the manager on duty that assisted me (per my invoice). If his management sees this, I've been in management for 17 years and can tell you, he is setting a fine example of excellent customer service and you should hold onto him and reward him when you can. He was all over that shop helping every bay, every associate, and making every customer feel appreciated and valued. The young lady who serviced my vehicle was also exceptional. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this location and team!
