  I just left the shop. The Manager has been replaced yet again this gentleman I felt like he treated me wrongly and raised the prices. I didn’t feel comfortable with him at all. I’m supposed to get $10 off a full synthetic oil change right away and for some reason, I still paid $144 he told me 119+ tax on the phone and then he denied it. The shop has changed. I will not come back again. He also stated the last manager lost the shop a lot of money and that’s why he’s not there anymore.

  I really hate to post this review. Because they have been good to me in the past. But this past visit has been awful. They could not get my alignment straight after five attempts from two different locations. They wasted a lot of my time and gas. I ended up going to a small family owned shop and they got it driving perfectly straight on the first try. Mr. tire also installed tires on my vehicle just two months ago. Three of them leaked down right away. I just didn’t have time to go back until just now. They said they don’t care. They won’t cover anything. It was the valve stems. I guess they didn’t check them very well when installing the tires.

  We were absolutely in dire straits and desperate.We had a side puncture and put a plug in it temporarily.What eli mae has to carpool for school, and she has two sons that she has to take back and forth from school and sporting events.What have you. The service was fast, it was friendly.It was courteous.I got my military discount as a veteran of the united states.And I would recommend mister tyre to anybody who needs tires or an oil change.We also got that the price was reasonable.And we are now happy campers. Any coupons or any other discounts? You can send our way. I would greatly appreciate it as I am a disabled veteran and do not have a lot of money. But I do, however, have a lot of confidence in mister tyre.The employee's the product, the expertise, the respect and friendliness, keep up the good work and God bless you all

  If I had option I would give negative 5 due to amount of time spent at establishment and no customer service what so ever! Employees were more concerned about working on their personal cars! Just saying my personal experience
