  Unfortunately tried to get a State inspection two days in a row. First time I was told that the computer with DMV was down. Next day they did not have an inspector. Wow.

  First time through, the service was fine. Today, I got the list of "recommendations" to add on service, the tech could not figure how to open the hood of my car, and then they realized they could not do the service I selected due to my make of car. Why recommend the service if you are unable to do it? It just shows they are doing blanket upsells instead of anything specific to a particular model. They also noted my car as having a severe oil leak. However, when they serviced it before, there were no issues noted. So, how did the leak turn up? Unfortunately, I am taking this location off my service list. With the amount of oil change choices in this area, there are better options.

  Actual surprising/ company behavior… had a slight overheating due to leaking coolant/anti-freeze and they said they couldn’t do an oil change for “liability” purposes. SMH. It’s just slight overheating and not like I’m going to take you to court if something goes wrong with my oil change- like what is this😭. Also dudes be “Vaping” over my engine while “Insepcting” it- like what is this lmao. I could care less for that- but where’s the semi-professionalism is sum different lmao. I have European synthetic- so yall missing out on the HIGEST grade of oil change you can do, and still denied? Not a huge deal- but yall missing out on situations such as this for simple things like “liability” for other car issues. That’s a solid 120$+ oil change you’re missing out on because your company can’t handle the slight occurrence of another issue overlapping and being “held accountable”. It’s understandable- but why is it that I can go to “Carolina Quick Lube” around the corner without questions asked ? And get a quicker oil change for a slightly lower price…. It’s a no brainer. Avoid this place at all costs- and simply head to Carolina Quick Lube around the corner. Was in and out- no questions asked/ less than 15 minutes. Never had issues with them- but with a company as Valvoline- or if you want to call it an actual company who cares-has issues up the wazoo lmao😩 but- No wonder your only place of operation is hidden behind an actual gas station in the area. Good riddance…. I just want an oil change and have to be “careful” of the slightest things ? Gladly take my business around the corner- and highly recommend you do. Carolina quick lube or other places in my expierence will change your oil without batting an eye😭 Would be glad to discuss any further issues/ and or the individuals at the location I visited that “couldn’t” work on my vehicle? Actually idiotic behavior for a company- wouldn’t be making a comment like this if I didn’t think otherwise. And the whole smoking/vaping? Would be glad to talk about that since you can’t work on my vehicle but can smoke over it while it’s running😂🫠 So to say- avoid this place for any costs, and simply head around the corner to a more “viable” and “understanding” company.

  I needed the light and friendly atmosphere. The guys were funny and fun. They made some suggestions of regular maintenance that was due or overdue.I chose not to do it at this time because of time constraints, but will be happy to spend my money, because of the low pressure approach. I forgot to commit to memory the 3 guys there. They also custom fit a windshield wiper for my back windshield that I could never find. Just going the extra mile. Thank you
