They made some suggestions of regular maintenance that was due or overdue.I chose not to do it at this time because of time constraints, but will be happy to spend my money, because of the low pressure approach. I forgot to commit to memory the 3 guys there. They also custom fit a windshield wiper for my back windshield that I could never find. Just going the extra mile. Thank you

Staff was not pushy about things and were more than happy to scan all possible coupons. Having two young children in the car, this was the best experience. Highly recommend this location and staff!

- SKShawn KellerSep 29, 20251.0Manager Andrew or whoever the old guy was acted like a stickler when it came to questioning the oil I put in my car which apparently wasn’t “euro” standard. Instead of worrying about my oil which is 0-20 and not (euro) approved which ideally only has additive package with magnesium and calcium. My oil is just fine. If you like wasting extra money on that oil, good for you. He persisted to brag that he owned 3 euro cars and denied my coupon which I use every time I come get an oil change at valvoline while traveling. He then said that’s why the whole team who use to work there is gone in front of his employees as if they are easily replaceable. Instead of someone always having something to say, how about you do your job and check my lights and air pressures in my tires which wasn’t even done. My oil light wasn’t even attempted to be reset. I always come to valvoline but this location was first bad experience I’ve had. The guys that were doing my vehicle were doing it just fine until he interrupted and had something to say. Also next time if you want to be such a great manager why was the girl that works their sitting on her butt not doing anything. My tires and lights never got checked. I even spared them the time and said don’t worry about checking my air filter. I also didn’t appreciate the comment he made about me saving money by getting my oil at autozone that Im not allowed to save money with the coupon bc I saved money already, like why does me saving money matter so much to you?
