  Had a great experience, felt like I had my own personal pit crew. We have a Honda odyssey 2022. I liked the top down oil change method and that I didn't even have to leave my car. It was speedy (more or less 15 mins as advertised ) and everyone acted with professionalism. With the 50% off discount for the grand opening, I definitely felt I got my money's worth for the oil change. They showed the charge on a monitor in the bay in real time, so I knew exactly what I was getting. It's a nice touch. Staff was very friendly. I am definitely coming back.

  I just want to shout out this company as a whole. I've been to a handful of locations spanning the triangle and Greensboro and the service is ALWAYS exceptional and my time is always protected as I'm in and out without any hassle or delay. This Location just opened and already they have embraced the valvoline culture of fast, customer oriented, service. As a retail manager I know it's not easy to get everybody on board when it comes to providing exceptional customer service. Keep the focus on fast exceptional service and this Location and the company as a whole will continue to thrive. Your competition doesn't even come close to what you provide at this Location. I'm not going to shout out specific people only because the entire staff deserves kudos and praise for what they are doing at this newly opened location. There is not many business that have my loyalty but when it comes to the services Valvoline provides I continue to look no further.

  All the workers were extremely polite and attentive. Everyone worked quickly and what seemed to be effortlessly, I was in and out very quickly! Couldn't complain about the cost either!

  The staff is so welcoming and friendly.. I really like to hear how organized and on their game... They are very professional and seem to know their way around the car.. I also enjoy the small talk, it allows me to get to know them and fill that I'm building a relationship.. Thank you for all you guys do..
