- JBJessica Bryant5 days ago4.0My experience was great! The gentleman that helped me (I think was the manager) got to my car quick and completed the work efficiently. However, it took an extended time clearly due to low staffing. They were really busy and appeared to only have like 1 or 2 guys in the garage, not including the manager who was also working on cars, answering phones, picking up parts, and checking in/out customers. And at 5 pm, the staff left for the day, and the manager was left to finish my car and 2 other cars (customers). He still put in quality work, which is why I am giving 4 stars. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I feel the district manager needs to help the manager get more help at that location. Thank you, to the Manager, that assisted me! He was such a great help and had a positive attitude the whole time, even though I know he was stressed.
- SSStephanie6 days ago1.0Just a waste of time I did a diagnostic test on it and it told me all parts I needed I got all the parts they needed and then they said oh no you need more parts to finish the job a waste of money and Diagnostics I wasted 5 hours at Mr Tire I had to take two Ubers to go get my daughter from school get back to Mr Tire just to find out they cannot fix my car because the part that we waited for was not there

- MFMichael FennellNov 3, 20251.0I wasn’t pleased with my service because I had purchased tires from the Cary location last year which included the roadside hazard warranty, it didn’t show that purchase on the computer at the Garner location, and nobody answered the phone at the Cary location to confirm my purchase which meant that I had to pay for a service that I had already purchased. Next time I will go back to the location where I made the purchase to prevent this from happening again.
