I spoke with Mr. Gower when I first walked in who made me feel very confident that they would be able to handle it quickly and efficiently. He put Otis on my car who was able to locate 2 nails in 2 tires. These guys are truly the best of the best. I won't take my car anywhere else than here if I don't have to. Thank you again Mr. Gower and Otis!

When i arrive for my 830 appointment they tell me i have to wait till 1-2pm for my tires to get here. I was told they would be ordered at 8 when i got here and would take 30 minutes. That turned into 5 hours of waiting when i got here Patrick is a LIAR and his management is terrible. This is very stressful because not only did me and my spouse take off but her tire is extremely bald and i did everything on my part to make sure i could get it changed this morning and they failed in every aspect
