My car lost its oil drain plug on Christmas Eve morning and all the oil drained out on the highway so I had to have it towed and this was the only place that would let the driver even unload the car, afterwards they put a new plug and fresh oil in for free! Also checked all the other fluids and ran diagnostics afterwards, these guys are all grade A class acts!
- JTJoseph TrudelDec 22, 20251.0I brought my car in for an oil change long story short did not tighten the oil plug within an hour my oil drained out I went back told them they looked and they filled me up with more oil but between that time I had driven my vehicle over an hour and what now is happened my whole Left Bank of the engine is not firing I brought it to a certified mechanic and had them check it and they stated with the overheating of the engine it stretched my time and chain and has caused the damage of my engine not only are they responsible but they are not taking responsibility to fix my car that did not have anything wrong with it prior to going in did not burn oil didn't drip oil it was a clean running machine now I'm left with an engine that needs a timing chain and probably some valves due to burning and no oil in the engine to keep lubricated there were metal filings found on my camshaft position A1 which proves that the engine was running so hot and no lubrication that it stretched like I said the timing chain and the filings off my valves I would advise anyone not to go to Grease monkey
