  This is the last time. Coming to this location, what an inconvenience. I live 5 minutes away and come in to get my propane tanks filled and they tell’s me we can’t go outside. Because of rain drops, not that’s raining. This is the second time. Will not get another one.

  We were looking to upgrade from a Pop up to a small self contained camper. We drove 2 hours away, instead of 1 hour away, because we do not care for the Fayetteville location. Garner location did not disappoint. We pick up our new Coleman 13B this week. The staff was most excellent.

  I'm a full time RVer X 2 years. I spent over five hours in the store trying to buy a Class C RV and looking at products. Sales and finance staff were present, but my salesperson showed very limited RV knowledge. I often had to crawl under units myself to get basic answers. I was persuaded to put down a $2,000 deposit that was repeatedly described as a refundable "hold." When the sale was later cancelled while I was negotiating a Class C at another Camping World location, the deposit was not returned as promised. I ultimately had to file a BBB complaint to pursue the refund.While on the floor that long day, with my dog, it was chaos. Retail staff didn't know where anything was. The store rarely had customers. They didn't care to do anything but make long attempts at selling a Good Sam membership. Poor transparency, poor follow-through, and a very frustrating experience for a major purchase.

  The Camping World in Garner is easily the best place to get our camper serviced. Over the last year I’ve taken it in a few times for routine services and everyone they have on staff is friendly, explains exactly what they need to do and why, provides great prices for their services, and are communicative throughout the service repairs. I would recommend taking your camper to their services department if you need anything. I’ve been especially impressed with Justin in the service department. He has helped me figure out multiple solutions to things I wasn’t aware of since I’m a new camper owner. He has always helped when needed and is a huge asset to the Garner team. In addition to a great service team, the finance and sales department have been great when figuring out future options for camper living. I recommend Camping World in Garner to anyone and everyone that wants to get a quality camper with great service.
