  Joe the salesman and Joe in Finance were awesome. Upgraded our travel trailer to a fith wheel. If you are looking for a camper go see them at camping world in Garner.

  They are more interested in selling you a travel trailer no matter what the condition is. As long as they can get it off the lot fast. They'll go through it with you and if anything is damaged they will fix it at another time. Again they want that trailer of their lot fast. Take it home then bring it back to get fixed. Schedule that appointment. Before I took it off the lot I asked if it was fixed when there was clearly damage. One of the guys said "Yes, like new." It wasn't.

  They sold me a nice 2007 Airstream. But this dealership in Garner promised me a new motorized ceiling vent/fan for it too...and they are being impossible to deal with. I was just told by Mike at Garner CW that if I can't handle ordering it for them from another camping world and paying for it and then presenting a bill to both Camping Worlds and then wait for reimbursal then I am essentially incompetent. No. This dealership is trying to make so many hoops for me to hop thru that in hopes i wear down. Its the principal now. This dealership is rude and they lack honest follow thru on promises made. 5 weeks...no fan.

  Would leave zero if I could. I helped my daughter buy a brand new camper from here. They claimed they did a complete and full inspection and everything worked as it should. LIES. When we did the walk through (with them) one of the sinks was leaking all over the place and the cooktop was rusted out. They did send the parts for me to fix that,just the parts that’s it. Then 2 days after it was delivered to our property we tried the washer nope it didn’t work, found out valve behind it was closed, had to remove the door and pull the washer out of the closet to open. Not a huge deal but how did they check it????? Then we said let’s fire up the furnace and nope it don’t work at all just straight cold air. Called them about that and got “we don’t do that, here’s a few numbers to call, one of the should take care of it under your warranty” they are absolute liars and useless. A 75K camper that they checked all out and made us comfortable was good to go has been one headache after another and they just don’t care. Once they sell it don’t expect anything else from them. Buyer beware do not believe a word they say do not expect anything else help after the sale worthless company Reached out in response to their response on here and still got absolutely no where. So I standby my original review and this place is worthless and does not care one bit about you once you pay them

  I went to Camping World and Braxton helped me so much with looking at options and seeing what was best for me and my needs. I highly recommend if you go to Camping world and seeing if Braxton can help you find out what’s best for you. I am single woman and going by myself into this process was a bit intimidating but Braxton and the Camping World crew made me feel at ease and listened to me. They were kind and didn’t make me feel overly pressured which some places can make you feel. I greatly appreciated Camping World for showing me the ropes of camping life!
