- EEEric EwertFeb 19, 20265.0I'm sharing my experience today at AutoZone (Garner). I just stopped by to purchase a new windshield wiper for my 2004 Honda CR-V. The store was crowded, and there were only about 3 customer service reps. After waiting for about five minutes, the saleswoman was able to locate the proper ones I needed. She even asked if she needed to attach them. I am usually a do-it-yourselfer, but since they can sometimes be tricky, I said sure. And she gladly came out to the car and attached it, even though the store was full of customers. Now that was excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am typically not choosy when it comes to getting autoparts, but after today, AutoZone will always have my business. Thank you!
