- CJCarl Jacobsen5 days ago1.0SCAM ALERT. Do NOT get a membership with Zips, the only way to cancel it is to cancel your credit card. I canceled multiple times and they told me they canceled it, refunded me some money only to start charging me MORE the next month. This is a greedy, slimy corporation that is willing to steal from you.

- JFJude FernandoFeb 8, 20261.0I’ve been using this car wash for the past five to six months. While I was never fully satisfied with the service, I continued using it mainly for convenience. Unfortunately, the quality of the wash is below average, and better options are available if you’re willing to drive a little farther from Fuquay. Recently, they changed the vacuum area layout and removed the individual spray bottles. Instead, you now have to walk back to a central machine each time you need cleaner, which is very inconvenient. Due to these ongoing issues, I am canceling my membership today.
