  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service by Kelly & Thomas at Zip Car Wash! Kelly and Thomas were absolutely amazing during my visit to Zip Car Wash! From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond—especially by taking extra care to clean the mats thoroughly, something I truly appreciated. Both of them were very pleasant to talk with and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and Kelly and Thomas definitely deserve recognition for their effort and kindness. Highly recommend stopping by and getting your car wash experience upgraded by this awesome team! 🚗✨

  The car wash left purple streaks all over my truck and soap in the bed. I reached out to their customer support and was told they would try and get a refund but couldn’t guarantee it because they aren’t responsible for that. It’s up to the store manager to give a refund. It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t gotten anything. It’s not worth taking cars there.

  Disrespecting me and then being shocked when I respond disrespectfully back is confusing to me. It's unwell behavior. Why would you expect me to be respectful if you couldn't be respectful to begin with. Stopped in for a quick wash. Figured what the weather changing it was time for a better quality wash so I got their "best wash" for $30. I went through the car wash and came out with soap still on my car all over my windows, on the hood, on my mirrors, on the windshield, on the top etc. I pulled around pretty upset and dumbfounded that I still had soap on my car. And a lot of it. The gentleman who I initially spoke with said to pull around and they would rinse the soap off my car. Another gentleman, who I later discovered was the manager, came up and told me that he wouldn't rinse my car off because I had weather visors on my windows, and my mirrors are supposedly sunken too far in (the way it came manufactured from Honda) there was nothing he could do for me and that I would just have a soapy car. I asked if he was kidding. He said he could still rinse it off but I just needed to pull over there. I asked him to specify where there was and he just kept pointing and said over there if you just drive around. I stopped to take some pictures of my car now irritated even more. When I finally pulled around he told me that he would not rinse my car off. When I asked him why he said because I got a little snippy with him. Understandable. But they're still soap on my car, I spent $30, and something needs to be fixed about this. After a conversation showing him where the soap on my hood and on the top of my car were that had nothing to do with window visors, or "sunken in mirrors" trying to tell me I had weather covers on my mirror too or something ridiculous, he agreed to rinse off my car. I will not be back to this car wash. There are other car washes in the area that will rinse my car off with Sun visors on my windows. I don't think that the manager handled the situation well. I think that the first person that I spoke to who said we'll just rinse your car off has something going for him and should be the manager. Where the manager told me he would not rinse my car off because I have Sun visors and that's my fault. That's where my snippiness came from. Because regardless of sun visors, I should have at least been notified that my car would not get a proper wash before I initially went through the car wash and made a purchase. There are no signs anywhere that say if you have sun visors on your windows, you will not get a rinse. I explained to him that the wash rinses and dries the car at the same time and that's why I did not get a proper rinse within the carwash before the big air dryers started and he seemed to agree. I'm thankful that the manager came around and rinsed my car off for me; however, I will not be back and I will tell my friends not to come back as well.

  Do not trust Zip Car Wash in Fuquay-Varina! I bought a brand-new car in June, and their machine caused damage to my vehicle. I filed a claim, and it took them nearly two months to finally respond to it. That is completely unacceptable. This company does not take responsibility quickly, and it shows how little they value their customers. People work too hard for their money to deal with a business that damages cars and drags their feet on making things right. Please don’t waste your money here — they should be held accountable for how they treat customers. Do not trust them!
