- KSKeit SpahiuDec 22, 20251.0The worst car wash I've experienced in my life. Their equipment never works whenever we go and even if we are on a monthly membership, we cannot wash our car. Don't waste your money! They keep charging our credit card even though we asked to stop. Their customer service on the phone is a call center where you can leave a message and nobody calls you back. Also, our car was hit in the back either due to faulty equipment/conveyor and they are not taking responsibility even though there is proof of video footage. We brought a 5 week brand new 2026 Tesla there and we got rear ended. We called the District Manager, Dawn and we never heard from her or Take 5. We will tell everyone, friends and neighbors to not use this business. We are pressing legal charges. Either these reviews are mostly paid or I don't know what. I never had to deal with a local business at this capacity before.
