    Needed to have a valve stem replaced in a hurry during my lunch break and Steven/Kyle were able to knock it in no time! Quick & friendly service. Would definitely recommend NTB here in Fuquay.

    Just WOW - I brought my mother’s Lincoln to NTB Fuquay on Saturday, October 11. The level of customer care we received was unmatched. Before we fully exited the car, Sarah approached us to ask how she could help. I told her our TPMS light was on so we needed air but also needed a safety check for each of the tires. She directed us to the waiting room while they inspected the tires. I was pleased to see how clean the waiting room was. A few minutes later Sarah came back and asked that we step into the bay where the car was. We were greeted by Julian who kindly and so patiently explained what he found while answering ALL of our questions and concerns. We trust Julian and his (no-pressure at all!) recommendations-they obviously truly care about their customers…and it shows. I normally go to the dealerships in Cary for all of our car care needs but it’s nice to see such excellent customer care close to home in Fuquay. We’ll definitely entrust our cars to Julian at NTB.

    $89 with tax to install ONE tire pressure sensor that I provided and they didn’t need to program. Costco is $60 with the sensor included. Ntb is convenient but a ripoff.
