  Ordered tires and scheduled the installation online. Called an hour before the appointment to confirm the tires had arrived. Apparently they had only received 3, and hadn't bothered to call or email me to let me know. Complete incompetence. Avoid at all costs.

  Took a few months to share because I wanted to make sure there wasn’t other issues going on and I wanted to make sure I thought this through. I went in to talk about my breaks sounding off and they offered to look at them. They recommended new break pads and convinced me to get all new tires (which I wasn’t there for) after lots of convincing I agreed to let them do my break pads + tires but I should’ve known this is just for their profit. After $1,000 + later….. I take my car home and the breaks are still squeaking. I bring it back for them to say “oh it’s actually your drum breaks that need to be fixed… but we don’t do that here…” I came in for this issue originally.. now I’m out $1000+ and you’re telling me it’s another issue now and to go somewhere else? I would love to speak to a manager regarding all of this because I feel completely taken advantage of and I understand you have to make money off sales but this wasn’t right!

  The Mavis location in Fuquay-Varina took care of me quickly this week. I took my 2016 F150 there to have a TPMS sensor replaced. Within 30 minutes they had it in, taken care of, and out to me and the TPMS warning light is now off again and reading pressures properly.

  We were visiting the area from Wisconsin and had a low tire a few days before our drive home. We went to Mavis late on a Saturday expecting to have to return the next morning. They got us in immediately, found a small nail in the tire, made the repair and sent us on our way with a wish for a Happy Holiday. We could not have been more pleased! Highly recommend. Tire made the 2 day drive home no problem!

  I've had an awful week and today to avoid hitting a car hit a curb. Mavis tire was right next to where I was so I stopped in because the low tire pressure light came on immediately. I parked the car and went in. It was about 3 pm they closed at 5 pm. Luckily they weren't super busy. The woman that helped me was so kind which I really needed and said there's a couple of people ahead of you but we can get you dinner before we close. I said 2 hours to check tire pressure she said in sorry to tell you but if you look out the window your tire is completely flat. She took me outside and showed me where the hub cap penetrated a hole in the tire. She said it the door I was looking at around $249. I said well I have no choice so go for it. She was very empathetic and kind and said I have a coupon I can apply. They got the tire done in about 30 minutes and I saved about $30. I highly recommend then. This was my second time there and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
