  Thank you Ian for finding that rock in my brakes!!! :) Appreciate the honesty and quick fix versus having to pay for a full brake clean up. Mavis has been awesome every time I’ve gone in for tires and now brakes.

  This was my second time coming to Mavis in Fuquay and it’s always a delight. I was helped right away with my tire purchase and was happy with the total price quoted. Everyone working there is super helpful and professional. They explain everything clearly and work in a timely manner. 10/10 experience. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

  They are nice at the front however the service is simply garbage, I initially stopped for breaks and then got an alignment. However, the service was terrible. The technicians were inexperienced and rushed, and when I left the shop, I felt as if they had left a rag inside the left wheel, which made a horrible sound. I had to go back, and they confirmed that the brakes were either installed incorrectly or that an item was left inside the wheel. I took the car back, and it was exactly that they had said. They missed a lot when installing the brakes; they missed the clips to the pads, which are included with the pads. They were incredibly lazy and rushed, and they never changed the brake fluids. My alignment was also terrible. They told me I needed tires, so my alignment feels “right,” according to one of my tires. I had already gotten the two in front replaced, and I got the back replaced, but it still doesn’t make a difference. They simply didn’t know what they were doing. I will never go back to this place again.

  Kyle and his staff were great. We were “those” guys, showing up 9 mins before closing and they were more than helpful. Our tire pressure light was on and I asked if they would check it out. Above and beyond, Kyle offered to just take care of it. Wouldn’t accept our tip, either! They have my business in the future for sure.

  I went to Mavis Tire because one of my tires had low pressure, and they found a nail in it and patched it quickly. While they were working on it, they found a bigger nail that unfortunately couldn’t be repaired, so I had to get a new tire. Kyle was the one helping me, and he was very helpful and honest throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. His team did a great job, and the service was fast and professional. I really appreciate their honesty and would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing tire service.
