  My wife and I recently came to heister Chevy to look at purchasing a certified used suburban and what a great experience we had. Our salesman Andy was easy to talk to and get along with, knowledgeable, and understanding about where we needed to be on the final numbers. He went to bat for us to get the deal done that we wanted and we couldn't be more pleased. Our purchase experience was quick, easy, and 100% painless! We absolutely love our new suburban and are glad to have been able to deal with heister and Andy to make it happen. I would 100% recommend giving them a shot to earn your business. This was by far the best experience we have ever had at a dealership and are looking forward to building even more of a relationship with their team on our next purchase!

  Limped our diesel truck in as it started shaking randomly and tons of lights on the dash. Truck spent 3 days there with very minimal updates on progress (even after us calling daily). They said the reprogrammed it and it was good to go. When we arrived, the truck was parked in the deep mud (tires were caked) and they still didn’t have the paperwork ready. Finally go home, drove it for 30 miles and the same issue happened. Called back for an explanation and refund and all they want is us to bring it back because now we are being told that was just “step 1 to try and fix it”. Not sure how it went from being good to go to a step by step process that we were never told and were under the opposite impression of based on what we were told. We are not interested in limping the truck back to this dealer. We just need the refund as the truck was not fixed as indicated, we were provided false information, and would not trust this dealer’s re-evaluation of our vehicle if this is how we are treated. Considering taking our regular maintenance business elsewhere as well (not just our “when problems arise” situations). Updating: previous 1 star. They ended up resolving by issuing a refund for the service that did not fix the truck. But we also found a brand new whole bolt and washer stuck in our tire after further inspection.

  I wanted to take some time to do a review for John hiester of Fuquay Varina . I was in the market to find a bigger SUV very similar to my 20 Tahoe. I had found a suburban and I wanted to look at it. I reached out and Noah had brought it out to me at my home. I fell in love with it after I took it for a drive and I wanted to trade to get it. I went and picked it up Friday evening and I had wonderful customer service from Noah, Josh, and Ruy and to finance experience that was a breeze dealing with Dan. I would do it all again after dealing with all these guys who did nothing but the best car buying experience. SO, GET OFF YOUR KIESTER AND GO TO HIESTER!!!!

  Everyone from the Sales Manager to the Salesman was very nice, patient, and informative. Love how the Salesman show and demonstrate how everything operates with the features in my brand new truck. Just all around great customer service. Highly recommended!!!

  My wife and I had a great experience buying our Toyota Sequoia from John Hiester Chevrolet. Our sales associate Josh Johnson was fantastic and made the process very smooth. They were able to move the car from their Sanford location to Fuquay that morning, and we were driving it home that afternoon. Overall great experience and would recommend to others.
