The one being serviced in front of me left about 5 minutes after I got there... So far so good. 45 minutes later they finally pull my car into the bay and another 45 minutes for them to do a standard oil change and tire rotation.

Even though you couldn’t get a part delivered right away, this nice guy (wish I knew his name) walked down the street in about 5 minutes and got the part needed from the auto store. That’s next-level customer service and this place will be my go-to for oil changes or any servicing. Sorry my Prius gave you such a hard time! The lady at the register/computer is very nice too. 5/5 stars - love this location!!!

Many other cars were serviced at the same time so more an issue of properly rotating the bays when a car is taking longer than necessary. Will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward due to this.
