  There’s a reason I choose to rent from this Enterprise location every time. My vehicle is always ready on time, spotless, and comfortable. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and clearly committed to great customer service. Returning the vehicle is always quick and seamless, and I’m back on my way in minutes. I’ll continue renting from this location for the foreseeable future and highly recommend it to others.

  Didn't have vehicle reservation type of car available on date of reservation. What the point of reservation if they can't fulfill? I had to update this they tried give a vechicle that made noises while turning, didn’t seem safe. Went inside to exchange for another vehicle was towed by the branch and manager, Mr. Clayton they had no other vehicles could try to do something tomorrow I tried to take a picture of me turning in the keys for documentation To ensure that I wouldn’t be charged and was kindly asked to leave the establishment. Good luck.

  I’ve always had and have a great experience at this location!! Everyone is super professional, and also have a great time with customers! I saw the post from an entitled male who was upset about not being helped 15 minutes AFTER the store was closed on a Sunday!! That’s laughable at the least, and I seriously hope he drops his PRIVILEGE and EGO at some point!! I hope you pass my message along to the great folks at this office!!

  Boy where do I start with this terrible experience? First off, I do not post reviews very often due to my crazy busy life but my experience with this Enterprise in Fuquay-Varina, NC needs attention from corporate. I flew from CA to Fayetteville, NC to pick up my very ill, pregnant daughter whose husband is deployed overseas fighting for our country. I booked a car through enterprise for a 12:00 pick up. Since we had over an hour drive to pick up the car, I called and spoke with a very nice lady to schedule a 1:30 pick up since we were running behind. She said no problem, but did not tell me they closed at 1:00 on Sundays. We drove all the way there from Fayetteville and arrived at around 1:15. There happened to be someone there still and I explained the situation to him. He not only was unaccommodating, he told us, "whoever you talked to should have never rescheduled your time". I shared with him the situation and pleaded with him to please help us since he was still working. Instead, he hops in his car and speeds off. I was completely shocked, not to mention angry to be treated in such manner. So here is a note to the store manager, " On 11-2-2025 at 1315 hours , the young man who was working at the Fuquay-Varina store ought to be written up or fired". Oh and by the way the Nissan rogue we reserved (it was the only one on the lot) was filthy inside and out.

  CJ and his team were fantastic. I rented a car from here for a 2.5 week roadtrip. We realized on getting there that the compact car we originally booked to try and save money wasn't going to fit our luggage. CJ was able to secure us a slightly larger car that didn't break the bank. Car was spacious, incredible on gas (as CJ noted it would be), and felt safe to drive. CJ was friendly, flexible, and accommodating. The return process was also very quick, we returned the car a day early and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely come back here for my future rental needs.
