  Nice shop with lots of service options. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional and they seemed to take a good deal of care with the vehicle (paper floor mats, pre-return checklist, etc.). We recently moved and given the proximity, service, and quality, they will likely be our go-to shop.

  I brought these guys and absolute mess that someone else left me with, and although I hated spending the money I had to do to fix my issues these guys did it right. I cannot say enough great things about Bobby, he was communicative, thorough, and also very kind. When things go as wrong as they had with my vehicle it can be very stressful, but CDT certainly helped ease that with their great customer service.

  Work done was CP4 to S&S CDR upgrade: I am a retired military Service member and CDT Automotive impressed me with their professionalism, knowledge and treatment of their clients. From the moment I called to my arrival at their facility I knew these are the folks I want to conduct business with. Bobby picked my call and immediately went to the "who, what, why, when and how", covering over EVERY concern and question I had. I never felt pressured, felt very supported. Upon arrival to CDT Automotive facility, I was impressed by their cleanliness and reception. I forgot the gentlemen's name (it may have been the manager), but somehow, he knew what I was there for before I even open my mouth. He set me up in their cleaned and decked out waiting room, ask for my truck's keys, if I needed anything and said that Bobby will be me in a few minutes. Since they knew I have driven 2 hours to get to them and I will be waiting for the completion of the job. They bought me lunch. Additionally, they provided me with a tour of their facility, met the technician (forgot his name) working on my truck. CDT Automotive kept me up to date on the work being done throughout the day. When completed, I looked in the engine bay and it was clean as if nothing had happened! Very impressive, they treated my truck as if it was their own. Bottom line, CDT Automotive is a one-of-a-kind automotive shop. Their team works seamless; from the folks taking your data to the technician know the "who, what, why, when and how" of every client. My truck will not see a dealer ever again, only CDT Automotive. Thank you, Bobby and CDT Automotive team.

  These people literally saved my life. My truck body and suspension system were loose, not attached properly. Tie rods loose, control arms loose, rear axle hangers loose, rear springs and chassis were all loose on a brand new truck. CDT retorqued all my nuts and bolts, did an alignment and put new radial 35's on for me. Very kind and compassionate people where your safety is foremost of importance to them. You will not get service or repairs like this at a big box dealership who are unscrupulous. Love these people!!!!
