  CDT Services is hands-down the best truck shop I’ve been to. These guys know their stuff and gave me spot-on recommendations tailored exactly to what I needed. Super knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and easy to talk to from start to finish. The work was fast, clean, and professionally done. Their facility is next-level—super clean, well organized, and truly top-tier. I’ve been to multiple truck performance shops, and CDT Services is on a completely different level when it comes to customer service and productivity. I’m beyond satisfied with the results and the overall experience. If you’re looking to get work done on your truck, this is the place. Highly recommended.

  I would give CDT Automotive a score of 10 out of 5 if I could: Professionalism: excellent Efficiency: excellent Friendliness: excellent Responsiveness: excellent Cleanliness: excellent Customer Service: excellent I was staying at a hotel in Carey, NC, on Christmas Eve Day when suddenly all of the warning lights on my 2019 Honda CRV were flashing. I googled it and tried the suggested reset. Didn't work. Mr. Google suggested it might be a problem with my battery. I doubted it since the battery was only 2 years old, but sure enough, I saw corrosion. I tried cleaning the cables, but the problem persisted. Given it was almost noon, I wanted to get my car into a shop before everything closed for the holiday. I called some of the nearby businesses, but they were either closed or not answering their phone. Finally, I called CDT Automotive. A pleasant female voice answered right away and said they would be open until 5:30. It was a 30-minute drive, and I immediately headed there. I have lived in nine different states over my adult life and visited an even greater number of auto repair shops. I have never visited one so professionally and efficiently run, and that includes the service departments of dealerships. I was greeted promptly by a friendly guy who explained they would run a diagnostic test to determine the problem. He directed me to an immaculate waiting room and told me to help myself to the drinks and snacks if I wished. As I sat there, I noted some of the mechanics as they brought cars back to their owners. All were clean and well-groomed. Given that I had just dropped in, I must say my wait wasn't overly long. The battery had indeed been the problem. All the other systems checked out okay. I left, confident that the problem was properly fixed. And a little stocking with two candy canes had been left in my cupholder. What started out to be a frustrating beginning to my Christmas getaway seemed a bit more cheerful--all due to C.D.T. Automotive. If I lived anywhere within an hour's drive, I would definitely have C.D.T. handle all my car servicing needs. Unfortunately, I live in western NC, six hours from them.

  Just moved to Holly Springs a few months ago and was looking for a new mechanic shop. Took my son‘s truck into CDT and they treated it with kid gloves. I can’t praise them enough for their professionalism, listening to and addressing my concerns on my son‘s truck. Though I only had them do basic maintenance on his truck they’ve were very kind to do a very thorough inspection and offer some recommendations for future services that’ll be needed, all without pressuring me into doing anything additional immediately. AJ, Henry, and all the service technicians seem to be stand-up guys! I will definitely be bringing my trucks back to CDT for future mechanical and servicing needs. Update…My son‘s truck was still acting up and this had nothing to do with CDT‘s attention to our previous visit to their shop. It was a Murphy’s Law scenario and they were not able to duplicate what my son was experiencing while driving his truck. They eventually found a few additional problems that were vacuum related and it resolved the issues with my son’s truck. Highly recommend CDT for your automotive issues.

  Walked in to get a super simple service done. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked how they could help. Super clean and you can tell they care about your experience. He asked me if I have ever been here before, which I haven’t and he told me to wait in the waiting room which is pretty freaking cool if you ask me. Looks like a move theatre and you get drinks and snacks and free wifi. They got a Christmas tree up and decorated in the lobby. These people care man. And it shows. I will come here in the future for all services.
