- GGGustavoSep 15, 20251.0Yesterday I went in for a simple battery replacement, but I WILL NEVER COME BACK, after what happened. This was at Fuquay Varina Autozone store on sunday. There were, two employees working, a younger guy and an older man. I paid for the battery and waited in my car for the service. When the older man came out to change the battery, I politely gave him a recommendation to be careful, instead of responding professionally, he became verbally aggressive toward me and my wife, it was such a horrible situation that I almost had to call the police, I told him it was just a recommendation, but he threw his tools onto my engine and told me, "do it yourself" shocked, I told him, to calm down ,and I asked him what was going on?, but he continued working in a rude way, in the process, he even dropped a plastic piece into the engine and I had to get down on the ground myself to find it, this was an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience, and his behavior was unacceptable. I will never return to this store, and I strongly recommend others to be very careful avoid this store with this man. This was one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
