    They confirmed my reservation for a 10 our 1 way work trip while knowing they didn’t have any vehicles prepared to go one way. They printed out the reservation sheet and had my name on the sheet with no vehicle next to it and did not think to call and tell me that. I went in the day before my departure to confirm the reservation and i was casually told that despite my name being on the reservation list, i didn’t have a car assigned to me with no intention on a car being assigned to me. The lady working told me the manager was gona at the moment but was going to call me to confirm what the mix up was. She promised he would call and i still have not heard a word from them. Exhaust all options before even thinking about giving this branch a single moment of your time, or a single cent of your money. Incompetency and completely inconsiderate on all accounts.

    The lady at the desk was by far the rudest and most hateful women I have ever encountered. It's honestly baffling the way she speaks with people. Be prepared going into this office

    I have been dealing with this enterprise for over a week since I was in a accident and insurance paid for a rental, I went on march 26th and they tired to give me a car to replace my Yukon 4x4 and I explained that I need a 3rd row 4x4 and they told me it would be waiting for me Monday morning on March 30th and as I’m on my way today to pick up my car, they tried to give me a Chevy equinox that is not third row and I ask why and he told me that they did not have any in their fleet because it was spring break and I said well your employee told me that she guaranteed it would be her Monday morning because I double checked with her twice over the weekend And the man This morning, tried to tell me that she did not know what was going on that only he did So I’m confused why everybody’s not trained properly and knows what’s going on in their job. This Enterprise is the worst Enterprise I have ever dealt with in my life would not recommend.

    By far, the best customer service experience I have experienced to date. I needed a one-way rental from Franklin, NC to Traverse City, MI and had trouble navigating this through the app. I contacted customer service over the phone (on a Sunday) to arrange the reservation. Spoke to a representative with hardly no wait. She advised that the local office (Franklin) didn't support but if I was willing to travel 30 minutes, there was another office that did. I asked if they would be able to pick me up and she confirmed so we proceeded with the reservation. I confirmed the details three separate times to ensure we were both on the same page and that task was done. Later that evening I checked the confirmation email and the return location was in error. I tried to update via the app; no luck. I called back to customer service and they were unable to either but advised it was a non-issue and the office would correct it on Monday. I called Monday morning to arrange the pick-up and come to find out, they don't travel further than 15 minutes drive. Things appeared to be going downhill fast but the gentleman at the Western Carolina University office said that I could contact the Franklin office and if they had an extra car, they could transfer the reservation to them and all would be good. I called the Franklin office and they were happy to help. They took my reservation, picked me up and I was on my way. On the way, I noticed there was another office in Cadillac, MI that was closer to my home and inquired if I could return the vehicle there. The representative at the Cadillac office stated I could; another WIN. I successfully made it to my destination and returned the vehicle to the Cadillac office. Everyone I spoke with over the phone and dealt with in-person were super helpful and courteous. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you to everyone from the customer service office to all the representatives at the WCU, Franklin and Cadillac offices for exceeding my expectations. Highly recommend Enterprise for your car rental needs!

    The car had dings, scrapes and cigarette holes in the passenger seat. Additionally, the engine made strange noises when starting the car. When I expressed my concerns, the manager dismissed me saying this was “normal”’wear and tear and that sometimes Ford Escape’s make a weird noise when starting. As a former Escape owner, I assure you mine never made a weird noise. He emailed me ~1 hr after I dropped it off apologizing. How about not dismissing me over and over again when I was returning the car. I will NOT rent from this location again. This is the 2nd strike, if I have another bad experience, I will find a different company to rent from.
