  I would give ZERO stars if I could. Picked up a rental car in the atlanta airport to drive one way and return here.. Stopped and filled car to full one mile down the road and have receipt to prove it. When returning car the one lady working told me she could not give me a receipt because she was waiting on the airport system to update and it would be a few hours. I had an 90 year old mom waiting on me so I couldn't wait. Well of course two days later I see a fuel fill up charge on my card. After making at least twenty calls to Enterprise to try and sort this out I and no call backs after multiple attempts- my credit card got involved. I was refunded but now they have sent the fuel charge to collections. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER- DO NOT RENT OR RETURN HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. THEY DONT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER!!!!!

  Got an hour plus ride from Bryson City to pickup a confimed vehicle, this vehicle was unsafely given to me with an almost flat tire that I did not realize until I got up the street a mile or so. Big liability on part of Enterprise. I returned to the Enterprise and I was so rudely treated by Tabitha who would not give me her name but wanted mine, walked away from me, came back 10 minutes later after leaving the entire front of store open and unmanned and told me that I could pickup a car in 2 or 3 days in Cullowhee!! My ride was already 45 minutes down the road, not acceptable or an option, she was overly rude mistreated another couple in the store and then Paul returned and got me into a SAFE vehicle to finally leave in. Tabitha mistreated two other employees who said this is common daily behavior with her. I have never encountered worse customer service in my life. I have tried 3 times to contact corporate telling them my story and nobody calls back. I returned the car to Flemington, NJ Enterprise and was told a regional manager would contact me, that has not happened yet either. I called and spoke to the manager in Franklin, Patrick who was out on leave when I picked up the car a month ago, he was not helpful at all would not give me customer service number or regional manager to contact and showed a non-caring attitude. He said this outright unprofessional harassing employee of his was still there, she couldnt even find me in the computer she had to have a manager in Asheville help her and even he found her very difficult to deal with. Avoid Tabitha and this location at all costs. I can't help but notice the countless negative GOOGLE reviews on your loaction Patrick.

  I will never rent here again at the enterprise.In franklin north of carolina. I received a confirmation notice.And when I went there to pick up my car , they said they had no cars available. I have a very important doctor's appointment. I now have to drive my vehicle which is not working right. Hence why I was renting a vehicle.

  They've been good to me. Their useful service has gotten me where I need to get several times now.

  Great customer service from start to finish. They were able to provide me with a vehicle similar to my CRV to transport my mother. I will use the Franklin office if I need to rent a vehicle again.
