They are totally reliant on cars that are dropped off from somewhere else. If you need a car, give them plenty of time to reserve a car. Most of the cars are already spoken for which is why very rarely they can rent on the spot.

Unable to deliver a reserved vehicle after presenting a confirmation number and email 3 days before my departure. Poor communication, inadequate knowledge of business and rude customer service. I have used this company for years in other locations and this specific office fails to meet customer expectations - and they could care less of the inconvenience that the customer encounters. Too bad, so sad attitude. Failure to provide a reserved vehicle with a confirmation number was escalated and reported to corporate offices in St.Louis, MO. You are in the business to rent cars - if you don't have cars - close the office. *** Thanks Chris, but I have already talked to a HUMAN in the escalation of this situation and was ASSURED a telephone call by the end of business yesterday. Guess what - NO telephone call to address my issue. I going to pass on the website you provided - this is not customer service - this is passing the buck. Shame on you guys.
