- DSDouglas SneedDec 23, 20251.0They overcharged my account for my last day of rental ...when I asked for them not to run my card and take it out of my deposit they still ran my card and now my account is overdrawn ...when I called the owner Patrick was extremely rude and kept saying it wasn't there fault ....I will never do business their again nor will I recommend anyone to that branch ....the most unprofessional disjointed office I have ever dealt with no communication at all between Paul Patrick or the customers and at the end of the day they just pass you back and forth from employee to employee ...I have seen first graders with more maturity and organization skills ....they basically lie scam and cheat to their own benefit ....will never ever do business here again and anyone that does is a absolute fool!!!!!!!!
