The young man and a super sweet lady that were working there today (I didn't get their names), were super welcoming, so very helpful, and did all they could to help me with my flat tire! The young man came out and plugged it for me, as well as told me where I could go to have it patched as well how much it should cost so I don't get ripped off! They don't know how much their kindness meant to me! They turned a stressful situation, into one that wasn't stressful but relaxed and calmed me right down! I'm so glad I made it from the highway to this store! The stars really aligned for me today for sure! Thank you both! You are an example of what the world has been missing and what the world should be again!
- KRKanidler RoddAug 30, 20251.0If it was an option I wouldn't even leave a star but its not apparently. But on Friday august 29th I went it for a set of points and a coil for a 4 cyl, gas motor. Walking in to the store i noticed a young man in street clothes, smoking outside proped up against the front window. I entered the store and finally found someone in the back whom seemed to be more interested is straighting up the far back hidden shelves that he was assisting me cause he said ( ill be up there in a min!) So I began walking back to the front and that's when the young man outside smoking walked in ever so slowly and told the gentleman that was now making his way to the front from the back of the store ,( I got him) I told him what I was after and after searching in silence for 5 min said we ain't got it? What????? u dont have a 4 cylinder coil or points? Really? He said yes we can't get it. I said really as he replied let me ck with the guy who is still hidden in the back. He was quick to return with the other guy kinda in tow. And they both said nope can't get it then directed me to the small engine section where he said see were out they usually hang right here? I told the one in the back its not really a small engine? I mean its a 4 cylinder and his reply was..( ohh well I dont know anything about that so I can't help you out) !! Advanced auto are u serious? Neither was interested in helping me in any way cause I am pretty sure the only points they know anything about are playing pickle ball. Get some knowledgeable help that wants to help not boys that dont know how ti put a model car together.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
