At first everything was great. Imani was able to find me a insurance use car and was willing work with me after hours for pick up if needed. I called back letting her know I was able to get it before closing, she told me to meet her at the Yadkins road at 2:30p on the dot so everything would go “smooth”. She hung up before I could ask any follow up questions. 2:30p I showed up at Yadkins road, and the gentleman was not aware of me suppose to be coming. He called Imani who said the car never came back. I heard him lower his volume and reiterate to her on the phone that it was suppose to be an insurance car. So I don’t know if that changed anything, but I confirmed with her when I’m originally spoke with her and she said it would be. The gentleman at Yadkins, told me I could hangout and wait and see if anything would show up. However he would not transfer my reservation to them and wanted to charge me extra. All the other locations I spoke with, were going to transfer my reservation. 2 stars for the effort and willingness to help, loss of 3 stars due to the unprofessionalism with how things played out. A simple phone call close to time would have gone a long ways.
