Upon arrival, GREG stated that the vehicle we reserved was gone and given to a military family that deserved it. We are also a military family lmao THAT RESERVED IT. Family was coming in a few hours and we were out of luck, told there were no other vehicles to accommodate. This place cares about military families until you are that military family. Greg not only gave away the vehicle, but was incredibly rude the entire time. Ruined the family vacation.
