  We rented a minivan for a family vacation. The exterior of the van was covered in dust/dirt to the point that we had to wash it before our trip to safely see out the rear window. The interior obviously hadn't been cleaned either since there were flower petals and dirt in the rear storage area and in one seat. There was also red dirt in the drivers floorboard. One tire was out of balance or the wheel was warped because there was a constant roar and wobble that nearly drove me crazy after an 8 hour trip. The brakes shimmer when used at any speed over 45 mph. I also noticed that according to the sticker in the window, it was also overdo for service. My wife did mention that customer service at the branch was good so there's that at least. Next time I'll rent from somewhere that actually cleans and maintains their vehicles.

  Customer service was absolutely the very best that I ha e ever experienced! Bailey and Corey went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate my Insane schedule!! Usually Customer service gets a bit irritated when I constantly have to change my return date, but both of these workers were extremely kind and understanding. They helped me find peace of mind during a very stressful week!! THANK UUUUU BOTH!!
